Your Contents and Cover pages work really well together and are nice and consistent in colour scheme and layout. The only thing I think could change would be the how formal/ static the Contents Page's layout is, as I feel it would fit in better with the kind of look your magazine seems to be going for.
I think that you have done a good job on your contents page, I think it looks very professional and I like the way that you have put red borders underneath all of the text and made some of the images bigger, with the large numbers on them. The colour scheme and layout is really good.
